- Confidentiality. Persons who process personal data on behalf of an institution have a confidentiality clause included in their employment contract and job description;
- Consent of the data subject. Any processing of personal data, except for processing involving data from the categories strictly mentioned in Law no. 677/2001, may be carried out only if the data subject has given their express and unequivocal consent for that processing;
- Information. Information is provided to persons by the institution that processes the personal data of the data subject;
- Protection of data subjects. Data subjects have the right of access to the data being processed, the right to intervene regarding such data, the right to object and the right not to be subject to an individual decision, as well as the right to contact the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing or the court for the defense of any rights guaranteed by law that have been violated;
- Security. Personal data security measures are established so as to ensure an adequate level of security for the processed personal data.
- the right to obtain from MAXIMO FRANCHISE, upon request and free of charge for one request per year, confirmation as to whether or not the data concerning you are processed by MAXIMO FRANCHISE;
- the right to obtain from MAXIMO FRANCHISE, upon request and free of charge, the rectification, updating, blocking or deletion of data whose processing does not comply with Law no. 677/2001, in particular incomplete or inaccurate data; the right to obtain from MAXIMO FRANCHISE, upon request and free of charge, the transformation into anonymous data of data whose processing does not comply with Law no. 677/2001;
- the right to obtain from MAXIMO FRANCHISE, upon request and free of charge, notification to the third parties to whom the data have been disclosed of any operation carried out in accordance with para. 2) or 3), if such notification does not prove impossible or does not involve a disproportionate effort in relation to the legitimate interest that could be harmed;
- the right to object at any time, for well-founded and legitimate reasons, to data concerning you being processed, except in cases where there are contrary legal provisions; in the event of justified objection, the processing may no longer concern the data in question.

REMAX is a franchise system in which each franchised office is independently managed and operated, sharing a set of rules and procedures specific to the brand. In its relationship with clients, each REMAX franchised Agency will provide the Client with written information regarding: the prices practiced in the area for properties similar to the one offered, according to the Remax franchise database; inconveniences and deficiencies that the Agency has identified regarding the property and the area (neighborhoods) and which could influence the sale price; the level of the commission practiced and the commission proposed to them; the estimated level of costs incurred by the Client in the process of concluding a transaction.
The commission owed by the Client to the REMAX Agency depends on the type of brokerage agreement (open or exclusive) and on the transaction desired by the Client (sale/purchase or rental), to which VAT may be added.
The commission provided for in the agreement is the maximum amount paid by the Client as remuneration: the Client does not owe the Agency reimbursement of promotion and representation/assistance expenses in any of the situations in which they pay the Commission to the Agency, nor in the event of force majeure. Likewise, the Client does not owe the Commission or reimbursement of promotion expenses when the Agreement ends upon expiry of its term.
In cases of liability for breach of the Agreement, the value of the total damages owed by either party may not exceed the value of the Commission that would have been paid/collected if an agreement had actually been concluded regarding the transfer/acquisition of the rights offered/requested (whatever such agreement may have been: preliminary agreement, sale-purchase agreement, assignment of preliminary agreement, etc.)
The REMAX Agency does not provide or broker technical (cadastral, topographical, etc.), economic (feasibility analyses, business profitability, accounting, taxation), or legal services.
The REMAX Agency recommends that, before signing any document with a Third Party interested in their real estate offer, the Client consult a lawyer/notary public/economic consultant/other persons whom they consider qualified and trustworthy, in order to avoid unfavorable/damaging commitments. All recommendations of the REMAX Agency are minimal, and the Client is advised – if applicable - to contact a cadastral engineer (approved by the Cadastre Office, the list being available at the website address www.ancpi.ro ) and/or a lawyer and/or a notary public in order to obtain professional technical and, where applicable, legal recommendations.

SECTION 1. CONTEST ORGANIZER
The organizer of the “Backpack with toys” Contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is REMAX Romania, headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, Avram Iancu 32a, Cluj, Romania. The Contest will be conducted according to the provisions of these Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”), which are mandatory for all participants. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or change the rules, with the obligation to officially notify the public in the same manner in which the initial information was provided.

The Contest is open to all natural persons, regardless of nationality, domicile, race, sex or religion, residing in Romania, who comply with the terms of these rules and who follow the instructions contained in these Rules in order to validate their participation.
Employees of the Organizer, of the advertising agency and of the other companies involved in this campaign, as well as their first-degree relatives, may not participate. Participation in this contest constitutes full acceptance, freely given and without any constraint, of the provisions of these rules. The right to participate belongs exclusively to the participant who meets the conditions imposed by the Rules. The right to participate in the contest is automatically canceled if a person provides false, erroneous or inappropriate data or information when completing personal data.

The Organizer will use the personal data provided by participants upon registration for the contest exclusively for the purpose of announcing and identifying the winner.

Five backpacks with toys worth 20 euros + VAT each will be awarded as prizes.
SECTION 7. DESIGNATION OF THE WINNER
The winner will be chosen via random.org within a maximum of 48 hours from the end of the contest. All participants in the “A backpack with toys” contest must meet the conditions of the Rules.
SECTION 8. NOTIFICATION AND DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE
The winners of the Facebook contest will be informed of the contest result on 03.05 2021 after the draw, as follows: their consent will first be requested regarding the display of their names on the REMAX Romania Facebook page both in the story and in a comment on the related post, optionally.
If the winners do not send the information requested by the Organizer within 72 hours through the same mechanism, the Organizer will draw new winners. The Organizer is not responsible for any delay in announcing the winners for reasons beyond its control.
SECTION 9. COPYRIGHT
The participant is solely responsible for any direct or indirect consequences that may arise as a result of posting inappropriate or copyrighted images on instagram.com. or facebook.com
SECTION 10. TERMINATION OF THE CONTEST
This Contest will terminate by law on 02.05 2021, at 23:59, and may terminate before the deadline only in the event of a force majeure event of such a nature as to make its conduct impossible.
SECTION 11. CONTEST RULES
The Contest Rules are available free of charge on the REMAX Romania Facebook page. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to comply with these Rules. Any changes to these Rules will be communicated on https://www.facebook.com/remax.romania
SECTION 12. RELATED TAXES AND DUTIES
The Organizer undertakes to calculate, withhold at source and pay the tax due for the Prizes awarded to the winning Participants of the Contest.

In the event of disputes arising between REMAX Romania and the contest participants, they will be settled amicably. If it is not possible to resolve disputes amicably, the parties involved in the dispute will submit the dispute for settlement to the competent Romanian courts.
