We had a really great collaboration with Laura Bud. She was the one who opened our eyes and showed us the way when it comes to the real estate market and how a property can be sold both from a legal perspective (documents, procedures, etc.) and from a market-level perspective (prices, area, statistics). Every time we had any uncertainty or question, she gave us ideas and advice worth considering, which we applied and which paid off. She is a very kind and warm person. Laura was like a close friend to us throughout the collaboration, and we were very pleased with her ideas as well as with the presentation of the property and her interaction with potential clients.

We sincerely thank Mr. Tomescu for the professionalism and speed he demonstrated regarding the sale of our apartment. He took detailed care of all our needs and understood the difficult situation we were in, as we live in another city and it was hard for us to travel such a long distance. He constantly kept us up to date with the entire progress of the sale process and provided us with any information needed to complete it. At the same time, he also took care of the buyers' needs with the same interest and respect, making it very easy for us to finalize everything down to the smallest details.
