Apart 2 rooms | 55 sqm | Furnished and equipped | Parking | Dobroesti

2 room apartment | 55 sqm | 1/3rd floor | own central heating system | parking space | Fundeni-Dobroești

An apartment you can simply move into.

There are apartments that you buy and only then the work begins: furniture, appliances, fittings, trips through stores and many other expenses, and there are apartments where you can come with your things and start living.

This is one of them.

On Cireșului Street, at no. 14, in Dobroești, I propose a spacious 2-room apartment, with 55.14 sqm, located on the 1st floor of a block with only 3 floors, built in 2012.

I liked first of all the feeling of space. The living room and kitchen form an open living area, where you have room to cook, sit at the table or spend time with family and friends. And if you prefer a separate kitchen, it can be closed, without giving up the functionality of the apartment.

The bedroom is generous, there is good storage space, and the apartment is sold fully furnished and equipped, as you can see in the photos.

It has its own heating system, which means that you determine your comfort and consumption yourself, and the fact that it is on the 1st floor out of 3 I think makes it suitable for many categories of buyers.

And there is something else that, perhaps, does not seem spectacular in an advertisement, but becomes very important in everyday life: the parking space is right in front of the building. You get home and you don't start the evening looking for where to leave the car.

The area doesn't force you to choose between the tranquility of a residential area and the things you need every day. On Cireșului Street and in the immediate vicinity you can find shops, kindergartens and schools, and public transport connects with Bucharest.

I think it's the right kind of apartment for those looking for their first home, for a couple, for a small family or even for those who want to buy a property that they can rent without starting from scratch.

It is not an apartment that tries to impress with complicated things. It is simply a well-placed apartment, spacious for two rooms and ready to become home for its next owner.
