I wrote in it not only the characteristics of a property, but also what I discovered and felt once I got here.

I went to Predeal to see a beautiful house and I left discovering a different kind of Predeal.

The house is located on Marasesti Street, in the Cioplea area, in a very beautiful and quiet part of the resort, with spectacular views of the mountains and with that feeling we are looking for, in fact, when we come to the mountains: air, tranquility, nature and space.
After watching it, I started to climb the surrounding streets, curious to see what was after the next curve. And then after the next one. I couldn't stop moving.
Beautiful houses, paved streets with almost zero traffic, forest, silence and spectacular perspectives among houses and trees. We continued to the top, towards the Belvedere Hotel and, for a few hours, I had the feeling that I was discovering a Predeal that I had never known before.
The carving has something special. It is an area appreciated for holiday homes and mountain residences, near the Belvedere Hotel, with access to the Clabucet ski area and to the tourist routes that climb to Susai and further, in the mountains.
In winter you can come for skiing. In spring and summer you can go for the trails. In autumn, you will probably just want to walk the quiet streets and look at the colors of the forest.
And sometimes you may come here simply for a few days in which you do nothing, but just recharge yourself with energy, fresh air, silence and the image of the mountains. To sleep well, to drink coffee overlooking the mountain and to leave the rhythm of the city somewhere far away.

And then there's the view.
At any level of the house, the gaze passes over the green of Predeal and stops far away, on the ridges of the mountains. It's a wide, spectacular panorama, which I don't think you can get enough of looking at.
And perhaps the most beautiful thing is that it never remains the same.
The seasons change the photo in front of you: The intense green of summer, the colors of the forest in autumn, the white of winter and the raw green of spring transform the same panorama into another image every time.

And the way I felt this place is not unique. The tourists staying right here, in the other half of the duplex house I'm telling you about, repeatedly talk about the tranquility, the spectacular view of the mountains, comfort, the proximity to the train station and the slope and, above all, about the desire to come back.

For those who look at the property as an investment, it is an important confirmation: the place does not only have tourist potential. The area has already proven its attractiveness for tourists.

Almost everything. But far from the noise.
One of the great advantages of localization is this balance.
The house is located on an easily accessible, paved street, with almost no car traffic, and yet the Predeal train station is about a 10-minute walk away.
You can come from Bucharest by train and, after a short walk, be at home, in the mountains, without depending on the car.
For those who come by car, the property has a garage for two cars, with a bathroom, and on the street there are additional parking possibilities.
You are close enough to the center of the resort to reach on foot and secluded enough to enjoy the tranquility for which you came to the mountains.
