As a location, as you may have already seen in the presentation photos, the building is located in the Civic Center, on Seri Street, behind AFI Park shopping center, near IPJ Brasov. Access is relatively easy, from Nicolae Titulescu Street, on Seri Street to the courtyard of the building.

What do I present? On a total plot of 1429 sqm there is a building with a footprint of approximately 500 sqm and a total area of 563 sqm, a building that has been transformed over time and used for various activities, including restaurant and beauty salon.
