The building is built in 1907. Architect: Jozsef Guttman.
The architect Jozsef Guttmann Jr., the designer of the building, was involved in the construction of many other spectacular buildings in Oradea built between 1900-1914, an example being the Transylvania Hotel (formerly Pannonia), near the Regina Maria Theatre, in Ferdinand I Square.

The construction is the type of mixed-report building with larger apartments, located towards the street, like this one that I present to you here.
The building has a basement, ground floor and two floors. The façade combines forms and decorations typical of 1900 art and those specific to eclecticism. The façade belongs to the Secession architecture with Viennese influences.
