The second experience: the lake and nature

Behind the house there is a spectacular panorama over Lake Buftea, benefiting from one of the widest openings to the water in the area. 
A generous expanse of perfectly manicured lawn leads the gaze to the lake, and the private pontoon becomes the ideal place for morning coffee, a glass of wine at sunset, or simply for contemplation.

Third experience: the English garden

In front of the house is a perennial and mature English garden, built with patience and passion for over six years. The stars of the garden are the more than 50 David Austin roses, considered among the most appreciated English roses in the world. They are accompanied by sages, verbines, echinacea, liatris, lythrum, malls, hibiscus, irises, ornamental grasses and numerous other perennials that offer different color, fragrance and textures throughout the year.

Every corner of the garden has been designed to create perspectives, sequences of colors and moments of discovery. It is a living space, which transforms with the seasons and offers a different experience every month of the year.

The maintenance of the garden and outdoor spaces is provided by the creators of these experiences, so all that remains to be done is to enjoy the beauty of the place.
